“I’ve yet to try the product but it looks to be of good quality. Sadly the kit came with no instructions or any guide. I emailed the sales department last Friday asking for some help but as yet have received no response and it’s now Tuesday. In hindsight I would have probably have chosen an alternative supplier that does provide comprehensive instructions! The webpage for the product instructs buyers to refer to a specific guide but there’s no link given and I gave up trying to find it!”

“Excellent videos on website (and downloaded instructions) made it straightforward to carry out installation. The kit arrived without any problems and the turnaround was very fast. Only slight problem was the quantity of fibre matt was a bit tight (20 sq metre kit but roof was only 17 sq metre) but I did manage to cover area. Resin, topcoat etc. quantities were all fine. All round it was a good experience .”

“'Kits' are awful - Nowhere near enough Resin Supplied to saturate matting delivered/required. So called 'superior' quality tapes are very poor quality and a totally different size to what is advised online, making bandaging some areas a pain. and the tool kit was an absolute rip off - poor quality, minimal product and rollers/poles that were not even compatible. Tried numerous times to speak to somebody on the phone but seemed they were scared to talk and only happy to send blunt emails! Had much better experiences with the other companies I have used.”

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. Now sometimes you have to go with a gut feeling as a business when dealing with certain individuals.. from the off we knew you were trouble, the review speaks volumes about you individually, what we won't tolerate is absolute nonsense coming from the words you created. After the 3rd day of emails and questions, we should have quite frankly not sold you any goods. seems you were hellbent on actually creating problems from the off. Let me guess you successfully completed the roof,. not once after the order did you email us nor have you ordered any extra parts.. so how is the roof finished? you would have had 2.5kg spare had you fitted the correct boards as advised and applied the resin at the correct ratio. please do not come online leave a negative review for a service that was on point with comms a fast delivery and supplied all the parts in question. Having supplied the same materials for many years with 1000s OF HAPPY CUSTOMERS I can't see what the issue is here.. from the off 3 days of pre-order you asked questions about each component and complained about other suppliers hence your reason for reaching out to us. All the questions were answered, we even supplied parts not available online for your convenience.. please do not ever order from us again in the future. all the best Composite roof supplies
