“Trying to install a GRP roof during the wettest September on record turned out to be very challenging, but CRS were very helpful with advice and support and we got there in the end. Competitive pricing and quick response times from CRS, only let down by the courier who clearly didn’t understand the meaning of Fragile, or keep this way up.”

“I have used Composite Roofing Supplies a number of times before and have been very pleased with the product the only thing is the cans often come damaged because the packaging isn't very good and the delivery company seem to through the boxes around.”

“I would have given Five Stars if I hadn't been sent an email with a multiple choice of tracking information including reference to Clarke Transport who would recharge me if I didn't stay in indefinitely. In the end the order came quite quickly from Parcelforce. These days because of the excellent 7 days a week service from Amazon the bar has been raised and when you get an email on a Friday with a link to a tracking facility one expect it to be informative. Once I had contacted Composite Roof Supplies on Monday they were very helpful and I did get the link to Parcelforce.”

“The web site was easy to find and understand The technical assistance by phone was excellent and very helpful The ordering was seemless The delivery was initially with Clark Transport but the tracking informatiion did not work. The product then arrived by DHL?? All a bit below par here The product has been applied but I have some left meaning I applied it too thin. It is difficult to guage how thick to lay it!”

“I received the GRP roofing kit damaged, but this might be the fault of the delivery company. However, the fibreglass matting was falling apart, and that is a quality issue, not delivery. The rest of the kit - resin, tape, hardener, topcoat - was excellent. I am very pleased with the new roof.”

“The raised edge trims are good and straightforward to use The reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that 1 star has been docked because although the purchase and delivery of the goods were straight forwards, the delivery was given a time slot covering 48hrs and it stated on the delivery information that you have to be present to accept the goods and the time slot was not reduced any further closer to the time so I was effectively shackled to the house for 2 days. Additionally, the roofing kit and corner trims came in a separate delivery from the upstands and drip form which I ordered at the same time, each package came on different days so I had to be in on both days, not the most convenient when juggling general life and dog walking etc...”
