“Trying to install a GRP roof during the wettest September on record turned out to be very challenging, but CRS were very helpful with advice and support and we got there in the end. Competitive pricing and quick response times from CRS, only let down by the courier who clearly didn’t understand the meaning of Fragile, or keep this way up.”

“I wasn't going to leave a review as you did rectify the problem in the end, but the lad I spoke to on the phone was really rude and does not belong in customer support. The process was painful from the first call, to trying to get it delivered please take a minute to listen to the call recording, after telling him the address was correct, he insisted it wasn't, and threatened me with cancelling the order. Calls were 11.23 and 11.37 on 19th September Product is good though, reasonable price, just a shame about the customer service”

“Your delivery said 2/3 working days Should have had it last Friday and not this Monday, I have a contract to start, theses are hard enough times for roofers , weather is atrocious,, so you just loosing us days is not expected Rant over”

“Contacted company before placing order as I needed the delivery on a certain day and advised this would be ok. Never received confirmation of tracking details and was told it was because I put my email address in incorrectly yet I had email confirmation of my order so I clearly didn’t input it wrong. Day of delivery the item did not arrive, tried to contact and was told there was no gaurantee for the delivery on the day and didn’t feel that the person wanted to assist in chasing the delivery, I had to make a number of calls to DHL where i still don’t know when I am getting the items. I had taken the day off work for the delivery, now when the delivery comes I will not be at home and can’t ask a neighbour to take due to size and weight of the items and them being elderly. The last response I had from your company is there will be an update Monday and you have requested for it to be delivered to a neighbour, although I have said that is not possible and there is not a safe place for it to be left as I am on a residential road and do not have side access. I will not be using your company again or recommending them to family/friends.”

“From asking for aadvice to receiving my goods, Composite Roof Supplies have been amazing! They never tried to oversell,, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, but instead were professional in every sense. From making payment through to delivery it was only three days. Very pleased with the products also.”
