“I ordered materials to cover 10m2 the matting did not come close to this width of the material was 950mm lenght 9600mm not only that it was folded unlike other companies that roll theirs which made it harder to work with. Every tin was significantly damaged, surprised it didnt leak. Trim was also damaged a note on the tirm, I tried to cancel the trim but they said it was too late then it arrived a few days after the first part of the order looking on the date of the pickup it could have been cancelled, told me they could arrange colletion at my cost then they said i had to arrnage my own collection to return WTF If i had know it was going to be this bad I would have got all of my materials from Selco”

Firstly, we sincerely apologise for the packing error and for any damage caused during delivery — this is certainly not the standard we aim to uphold. Our products are normally packed with care, but it sounds like this shipment fell short, and we regret the inconvenience caused. We would also like to clarify that under no circumstances do we refuse returns within the first 30 days. If there was any confusion around the return process, especially regarding the trim, we apologise for the mixed messages. We accept returns and arrange collections for any errors our side, any changes you wish to make, we require a return from the customers side. “Spot on, the grip roofing equipment works great. Easy to apply but make sure you follow instructions and don’t apply in direct sunlight it will go hard very fast.”

“Had enough information for a DIY guy to choose the right product, I followed the instructions and with limited DIY skills managed to repair a small section of the roof, I have plenty left over for next summers repairs as required. The quality of the kit is perfect , all the materials, including a brush and stiring stick which made the job easy peasy and its likely saved me ££££ on the repair and the future leak. Highly recommend using this company in the future.”
