The delivery company sent your order to the incorrect address, as soon as you made us aware we sent replacement parts the following day. I can also see this was resolved in less than 24hours. Apologies for the inconvenienced this did cause. your order was on a 10 working day delivery and did take slightly longer due to the issue. Kind regards CRS

“The product is excellent. It realy is a two man job, but as I used an existing conservatory roof construction that would only take my weight I adapted the way I laid the fiberglass menbrain to the way you said in your tutorial. I laid the menbrain and then flouded it with resin pushing it hard through the menbrain,it worked but made some stickie up bits in the fiberglass, so the next day I sanded the lumps of and where I broke through I put a small patch it look fine if I say so myself.”

“The fifteen square metre kit received was ample for the area. Perhaps the only minor fault I had was measuring the catalyst to the base and top coats. Probably me. Your products are to be thoroughly recommended. Should have said earlier that the kit did an excellent job..”
