“Excellent service, delivered on time and everything was with the kit including all tools required. The trims were excellent quality and I had the roof finished in a few hours. Would certainly use again.”

“Even with the extreme weather conditions in late feb 2018 CRS made every effort to keep me informed as to progress and expected delivery. Mine was only a small order but they treated my account as a priority. Excellent service.”

“I bought a roofing kit as well as some trims and additional catalyst (it's cold at the moment!). I took their advice about buying more than the bare minimum needed to complete the roof, and I'm glad that I did as I ended up needing way more resin than anticipated. Delivery was fast, and the price was very competitive. I'd buy from them again.”

“CRS was very helpful on the technical aspect of my purchase and when the delivery was incorrect they went beyond expectations to resolve it. I would use them again without hesitation and have in fact recommended them to someone who was also impressed with their service.”

“I called your Sunday helpline. Answerphone accepted call but then the next thing I hear is a lady talking in Spanish. Not good on this instance. The *initia lscore is a response on this particular issue as I was disappointed and frustrated I could not forward my project. It was probably an I.T installation snag on the telephone system. My overall assessment of CRS is "EXCELLENT". My only personal contact has been Darren and I have found him to be outstanding in every aspect of his job. I can recommend them without question or doubt.”

“Our first order arrived promptly, just want we wanted. We needed some more to finish our project- so we put another order in, to our dismay only 1 item of 2 ordered arrived. The chap who delivered said " there was only 1 item to pick up" although invoice clearly stated 2. We rang delivery company who were unable to trace it. So we rang supplier and informed them of what happened.Supplier sent out an replacement - we are very grateful.”

“Recently ordered fibreglass roofing kit from website along with trims. Order arrived promptly but unfortunately some some trim was damaged during transport. After contacting customer support, and supplying supporting images, replacement trim was despatched with no fuss. Most impressed with the service and would recommend.”

“Having first initiated contact via the fibreglass roofing kit website my order was placed over the phone for a kit with edging trims for a large 500m2 roof. online support was good we were missing the trims but this one a delivery issue that was resolved quick enough not to cause any site delays.”
