Could you please confirm the size of the roof you had to cover, including any upstands or other details? It's important to consider these factors before making a bold statement online, as all of our kits are made to the correct sizes. Other factors that could affect the outcome include your experience using the product, the correct thickness application, and the storage of the item, which can affect viscosity. It's crucial that we understand what went wrong for you, and I would appreciate it if you could get back to me on this. We take one-star reviews seriously, and I noted that you didn't communicate with us after placing your order, so I'm not sure how we could have been unhelpful.
