Dear Nick, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Although it was not the kind of review we were expecting, I noticed that you ordered a 25m2 Kit from us. Could you please confirm the size of the roof you had to cover, including any upstands or other details? It's important to consider these factors before making a bold statement online, as all of our kits are made to the correct sizes. Other factors that could affect the outcome include your experience using the product, the correct thickness application, and the storage of the item, which can affect viscosity. It's crucial that we understand what went wrong for you, and I would appreciate it if you could get back to me on this. We take one-star reviews seriously, and I noted that you didn't communicate with us after placing your order, so I'm not sure how we could have been unhelpful. Also, I noticed that there were no additional orders placed for materials to finish the project in your order history. Please reach out to us so that we can discuss this over the phone.
