“Order was made through Darren, really helpful guy. Sadly thats where the service ended, I was told the order was placed on a pre 10.30am next day delivery. At 12.30 on delivery day no items had arrived, when I contacted the courier I was told that it was not requested nor paid for a pre 10.30 delivery and would be delivered any time up to 6pm, no good for me. I called CRS and was told Darren would call back..... NO CALL BACK!”

Good morning Paul Thank you for your feedback, We are very disappointed you were not totally satisfied with the Level of service Provided. Apologies for not calling you back, Upon requesting the TNT Tracking information I did see that 12:04 you signed for the goods, on that assumption I figured a call back was no longer required. We have discussed with TNT what you were told over the telephone as you can see in the images we have done everything you requested by placing your order on a Pre 10:30 delivery. TNT have actually informed us that some locations cannot go on a pre 10:30. Your location in particular we were not aware the pre 10:30 is automatically rejected, we wont know this until our TNT invoice comes to us.

“Good technical advice and support before and after purchase. The DIY videos are really helpful however they can lead one to believe this is easier than it actually is. Working on a flat roof with good access is relatively straight forward, working on the double pitch roof with limited access needs a lot of planning and even more patience! Although there is plenty of emphasis on keeping the resin, catalyst and buckets cool there is no mention of taking into consideration the temperatue of the roof you are applying the GRP to - I learnt that you need a reduced amount of cat as the roof got hotter. Please take notice of the advice when mixing quantities of topcoat as yiu need to be thorough when applying thep roduct and this takes time which leads to the product "going off". All in all would i do it again - yes, would I recommend CRS - yes.”

“The purchase side and delivery was flawless. The only problem was with the pre-made corner bits. Out of the 4 purchased I only used 1 as the others turned out to not fit or give benefit. I think the website needs to give more information as to where the corner bits add value so they are not purchased in error.”

“the video's were great and really useful. My only complaint is when the total was reached it added taxes and delivery in the delivery box, showing VAT at 0 and then added the delivery. this happened the first time but not a couple of days later so bug somewhere. Delivery excellent.”

“Great product, not quite as easy as I'd hoped it would be to do as my roof was not a standard size or shape, however, the product and delivery were excellent, and the over the phone help was spot on, as was the email. Only one word of advice, get more than you need as you could find yourself short if you make a mistake or 2. Like I did. Lol”

“Unfortunately when I received my kit the paddle roller was missing, darren dealt with the matter immediately and could not of been more helpful. Infact I spoke with darren on several occasions regarding the installation as it was my first time and I take my hat off to him for his patience. Thankyou Darren”
