“Very good customer service, very quick to respond to any question I asked via e-mail. If you're new to composite roofing, then CRS offer a very friendly service to help you in any way that they can. After I placed my ordered, the clout nails were delayed in shipping, however not only did CRS give me a refund on the clout nails I ordered, but paid the extra so I could buy some locally, so as not to delay work. If I do another roof, I'll go straight to CRS next time.”

“I would like to get all my materials for my roofing from this company I'm electrician I'm not the roofer, In this case I call the company and they were willing to advise me they spend time with me over the phone I had many questions and they patiently answered all my questions and advised me. In my business I know people looking to trust in the Tradesman also I was looking to see if I can get a feeling of trust in this company, and I did. All materials arrived on time, and I received a great service and obviously I will use them again”

“I found about SRS suppliers on Internet. Their website it's very well set it and it's easy to make calculations. But I decided to call them. One thing which I very much liked it that they didn't pretend to be friendly I felt actually that they are friendly. I received very good service, and all the materials for my roof arrived on time as was promised . I myself in the business I am electrician, I'm not a roofer but I decided to do my roof for my shed on my own, the good thing about this company they advised me they spend time with me. And they never forced me to buy their products. They are great.”

“Quality of materials was poor. 5 m2 kit is really stretching the limits to cover that size. The top coat has remained tacky 2 days after covering although instructions were followed. Very disappointed generally as products are not the cheapest on the market so expected better.”

Good day, thanks for the review, Okay you have a lloyds approved resin in your kit. Suitable for marine use such as boat building. The top coat would only remain tacky if, you did it in direct sunlight or you had a poor mix, this wouldn't be anything to do with the quality of the item. The wax content in the Topcoat would prevent a tacky surface. Please refer to our 24 page user manual or FAQ page for these instructions. Please reconsider your review based on the factual information we have highlighted to you.

Ref coverage, please see our calculator guide, a five metre 450g kit actually will have have enough resin to cover 8-9 m2 the kit has 10kg. Actual amount required 5.62kg. https://www.fibreglassroofcalculator.com/ Please consider some online training using either our video guides or the user manuals. your review doesn't so the true perspective and potential of the kit you ordered.
